In this position, you are a group leader/hands on manager of 6-12 portfolio managers. Duties include auditing, training, motivating, supporting and assisting portfolio managers with challenging problems on their accounts. At the same time, the Group Manager has a full portfolio of their own, which needs to be maintained and worked on daily basis. This is an extremely financially rewarding and first level management position.
